Refund and Credit Policy
Orders canceled one week in advance of shipment are eligible for a full refund upon request within 30 days. After 30 days, full credit will be assigned to account for future use in part or in whole, expiring upon one year to date of initial order placed.
Permission and Release
I voluntarily give Celebrate Planet Earth permission to use text and photographs that I have submitted for educational, promotional, editorial and other purposes.
I understand that Celebrate Planet Earth retains the right to reproduce the text and images at any time, in any manner or medium. I also agree that Celebrate Planet Earth does not need my consent or approval of the finished product that may be used in connection with the images.
I further agree to release and discharge Celebrate Planet Earth, its agents or third parties, and all persons acting under Celebrate Planet Earth permission or authority, from any claims and liability by virtue of the use of the photographs including any blurring, cropping, or alteration, that may occur or be produced.
I understand that I will not receive any compensation for their use. I also understand that once the image is posted on Celebrate Planet Earth’s web site, the image can be downloaded by any computer user. I further understand that Celebrate Planet Earth will not be able to return the original images that I have submitted.
