I do speeches with my family and tell people how to love and care for earth.I don’t care what the animals are so I leave food out for them and I make bird and butterfly houses.So I pray asking for earth to be peaceful again because my dream is to save the entire earth also I plant trees and flowers.Animals are there for a reason god made them so humans can live on earth .Just think about it bees can help us breathe by keeping plants alive.Animals with hooves can cause holes so plants can grow and also animals have saved lives and they do it every day.Some examples Balto who saved those kids from that illness,A pig saved a woman by squealing till people came to help,three beavers kept a boy warm in the cold.Animals are amazing.

We have been learning about the life cycle of a flower and planted a sunflower garden in our backyard!

Our family loves growing flowers and welcoming birds, bees and butterflies!

I garden without any chemicals. Most of our yard is flower gardens, trees and shrubs with very little lawn. We plant perennial natives as much as we can. Our flowering plants are successional, so that there is always food for pollinators.

We also put out bird feeders filled with black oil sunflower seeds as well as grow our own sunflowers. We’re going to try hummingbird feeders this year.  We have a bird bath to provide drinking water. Our shrubs provide cover for the birds and homes for small animals.

Gable planted the seeds he got in kindergarten and grew these lovely sunflowers on our porch! He loved watching them grow.
